Refunds & Returns

The 24-hour rule

You can cancel any order for a full refund within 24 hours, as long as the host hasn't already shipped it.

Damaged or wrong item

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not what was listed, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the host to issue a refund or replacement.

Consumables

Food, drinks, and toiletries can't be returned once opened. If a consumable arrives damaged, contact us for a refund.

Experience items

Robes, blankets, and other "experience" items are new pieces shipped after checkout. They follow the same 24-hour cancellation and 7-day damage window.

How to request a refund

Email support@pluckd.co with your order number. We reply within one business day.

Host disputes

When a guest and host disagree, Plucked mediates. We keep both sides informed and issue a decision within five business days.
