Host Agreement

When you list a space on Plucked, you agree to the following in addition to our general Terms of Service.

Inventory

• You own or have written permission to sell every item you list.
• Prices, photos, and descriptions match what a guest will actually receive.
• Stock counts reflect what you actually have.

Fulfillment

• Handoff or ship within 3 business days of a confirmed order.
• Provide tracking through the host dashboard when applicable.
• Respond to guest support requests within 48 hours.

Restricted goods

You may not list: weapons, drugs, controlled substances, live animals, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction.

Payouts (coming soon)

Payouts require a connected payment account. Until payments are enabled, orders are recorded in the dashboard as pending and no funds move.

Taxes

You are responsible for collecting and remitting any sales or income taxes on your listings. Plucked may provide reporting to help.

Removals

We may remove listings that violate this agreement, mislead guests, or draw a pattern of complaints.
